1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by Spot on Century GmbH, including retreats, coaching sessions, memberships, digital content, and events.

2. Contract Formation
​
A binding contract is formed once the customer completes an online booking and confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by actively selecting the corresponding checkbox.

3. Nature of Services
​
Spot on Century GmbH provides coaching, educational, and holistic wellbeing services.
Our offerings do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment and are not a substitute for professional healthcare or medical advice.
4. Prices and Payment
​
Prices are displayed in CHF, EUR, or USD, depending on location and payment method, and include applicable taxes where required.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
​
Retreats and Events:

Cancellation up to 30 days before start: 50% refund

Cancellation within 14 days of start: no refund

No-show or early departure: full fee payable
Rescheduling may be possible upon mutual agreement.
Memberships and Subscriptions:
Monthly memberships and digital subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

6. Late Payment
​
In the event of late payment, Spot on Century GmbH reserves the right to charge interest of 1% per month (12% per annum) unless a lower statutory interest applies.

7. Liability
​
Spot on Century GmbH shall be liable only for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Liability for slight negligence, indirect damages, consequential loss, or loss of profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Third-party providers (e.g. hotels, clinics, external facilitators) operate independently and assume their own liability.

8. Confidentiality
​
All personal, professional, and health-related information shared during coaching sessions or retreats is treated as strictly confidential in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Intellectual Property
​
All materials, including videos, written content, and course materials, remain the intellectual property of Spot on Century GmbH.
Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
​
These Terms are governed exclusively by Swiss law.

11. Severability Clause
Should any provision of these Terms be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully effective.
